Artwork purchased but not specifically created for the buyer is refundable if returned within 3 days of delivery. The artwork must be returned in it's original packing materials and condition at the expense of the buyer. Buyer assumes responsibility for all permits, fees & inspections regarding neon artwork. Artwork uses all UL approved parts, but as a whole is not listed as a UL ‘product.’ Although each piece is carefully grounded, artwork should not be touched (except the on/off switch) or played with & should be hung out of the reach of children.
